These terms cover your use of InvestWise4U. We've written them to be readable rather than impenetrable. The short version: this is an educational research tool, the decisions and the money remain entirely yours, and you should verify anything important before acting on it.

InvestWise4U is an educational information and comparison service. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, dealer, bank, or fund manager. Nothing here is a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product. We don't know your full financial circumstances, and our output should never be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who does.
Using the service
By using InvestWise4U you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. You need to be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for activity that happens under your login.
What we do — and what we don't
We do: show you financial products that may be available in your region, score them against the preferences you tell us, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and let you ask follow-up questions.
We do not: hold your money, open accounts, execute trades, process transactions, act as an intermediary, or take a commission from any provider we list. Acting on anything you read here is a decision you make yourself, through your own bank or broker.
Accuracy, data and AI
Rates, yields, fees, minimums, and product terms change frequently. Our figures come from a periodically maintained reference set, not a live market feed, and may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm current terms directly with the provider before committing money.
Part of the service uses AI to generate explanations. AI systems can be confidently wrong. We build in guardrails, but we can't guarantee every generated answer is accurate or complete. Treat AI output as a starting point for your own research, never as a final answer.
All investing carries risk, including the risk of losing money. Past performance doesn't predict future results, and no return shown on this site is promised or guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Please don't: attempt to break, overload, or probe the service's security; scrape it or access it through automated means beyond ordinary browsing; misrepresent our output as regulated financial advice; resell or redistribute our content as your own; or use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe is harming the service or other users.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information will be accurate or current.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You're responsible for your own investment decisions and for meeting any tax or regulatory obligations that apply to you.
Our content
The site, its design, its written explanations and its scoring methodology belong to InvestWise4U. You're welcome to use the service for your own personal, non-commercial decision-making. Copying our content wholesale, or republishing it as your own, isn't permitted.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms. When changes are material we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
