Financial Disclaimer

This page sets out the limits of what InvestWise4U provides. It is written to be read, not to be skipped — if you are about to act on something you found here, these are the qualifications that apply to it.
This is educational information, not financial advice
InvestWise4U is not a licensed financial adviser, investment broker, fund manager or tax professional, and is not regulated as one in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation. For advice tailored to your full circumstances, speak to a licensed professional in your country.
What we do not do
We never hold, receive or manage your money. We do not open accounts, execute trades, place orders or act as an intermediary of any kind. Everything you decide to do, you do through your own bank or broker, under their terms.
We take no commission from any provider listed on this site, and no provider can pay to appear, to rank higher, or to be excluded. How that is enforced is set out in the editorial policy.
Investment risk
The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. No return shown anywhere on this site is guaranteed, including for products described as low risk.
Government-backed and deposit-protected products carry their own risks, including that a fixed return loses purchasing power to inflation over time, and that money committed for a fixed term is unavailable when you need it. "Low risk" means a specific thing, not "no risk".
Limits of the calculators and simulator
The compound growth calculator and the inflation-adjusted simulator are arithmetic tools. They project a steady, constant rate of return, which no real market delivers: actual returns arrive in an unpredictable order, and that order materially changes the outcome — particularly once you begin withdrawing.
Neither tool subtracts fees, platform charges or tax, all of which come out of the figures before you see any of the money. The returns they use are assumptions that you choose, not forecasts of what any product will do.
Treat the output as a way to understand how compounding and inflation interact, not as a projection of your own finances.
Data accuracy and timeliness
Product data — yields, minimums, fees, lock-in periods — is a periodically updated reference set compiled from published central bank figures and providers' published terms. It is not a live market feed. Every product card shows the date its data was last checked.
Rates move. A figure accurate when recorded may be out of date when you read it. Always confirm current terms directly with the provider before committing money. Where the simulator fetches live data, the source is named on screen.
We make no warranty that the information here is complete, accurate or current, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
Jurisdiction and coverage
Products, tax treatment, deposit protection and regulatory status differ by country, and what is available to you depends on where you live and your residency status. Where we hold verified local products for your market, they are compared directly. Elsewhere you are shown the general categories available in most countries, with your local inflation applied, and the site labels that clearly rather than implying we have checked specific products.
Tax treatment described anywhere on this site is a general summary and depends on your individual circumstances. Tax rules change. Confirm your position with a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.
Third parties and external links
Links to providers, regulators and data sources are given so you can verify what we say. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.
This site may display advertising supplied by third-party networks. Those adverts are not recommendations, are not selected by us, and have no bearing on the rankings or the editorial content.
